1. Agreement
By using WasteStop you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. WasteStop is published by Axos Apps (contact: support@axosapps.com).
2. What WasteStop is
WasteStop is a food expiry tracking app. Bobby is an AI assistant, not a food safety authority. Always use your own judgment about whether food is safe to eat.
3. Accounts
- You may use the app as a Guest (limited, trial-only access) or with a registered account.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- One account per person.
4. Subscriptions
- Household Hero, Family Guardian, and WasteStop Business are auto-renewing subscriptions billed through Apple.
- Prices are shown in the app. Billing is managed entirely by Apple — cancellation must be done through your Apple ID settings.
- Axos Apps does not issue refunds directly. Refund requests go to Apple via your purchase history.
5. Acceptable use
You may not abuse the scanning or AI features, attempt to reverse-engineer the app, or use WasteStop for any unlawful purpose.
6. Shared Spaces
As a Space owner or admin, you are responsible for who you invite and what they can see in your Space.
7. AI-generated content
Recipes, tips, and suggestions generated by Bobby are suggestions only. Axos Apps makes no warranty as to their accuracy, safety, or suitability for any particular purpose.
8. Account deletion
Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. All Spaces you own and their contents will be deleted along with your account.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axos Apps is not liable for food spoilage, health outcomes, or data loss arising from use of the app.
